Refunds & Returns Policy

At knitnestz, we take great pride in the care and craftsmanship that goes into each of our handmade wreaths and boho farmhouse wall art. Our goal is to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are here to assist you.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when it was received, and in its original packaging. Because each piece is handmade, we kindly ask that you carefully check your purchase before returning it.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Personalized or custom-made wreaths/wall art that are designed specifically for you.
  • Perishable materials such as fresh flowers or greenery used in some designs.
  • Damaged items due to misuse or improper handling.

How to Return Your Item

To complete your return, please reach out to us at [email protected] for further instructions. We may request a receipt or proof of purchase to process your return. Please do not send your return directly to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

We may grant a partial refund in certain circumstances:

  • Items that show obvious signs of use or damage.
  • Any item that is returned in damaged condition, not due to our fault, or missing parts.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method, and you will see the credit applied within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, please:

  • Recheck your bank account or credit card account.
  • Contact your credit card company or bank, as the refund may take some time to appear.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are unfortunately not eligible for a refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please email us at [email protected] with the subject “Exchange Request.”

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be sent to you after the item is returned and processed.

If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to them directly.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying them.
  • If your return is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned product.
